In this buttercream class you will learn to:

• cover a cake in buttercream with a professional finish
• section off a cake for your design
• pipe buttercream ruffles
• pipe a buttercream shell border
• pipe buttercream scallops and drop lines
• How to layer piping to create the signature “vintage” look to your cake

• Professional tuition by Grace Stevens
• Recipes for buttercream
• All materials including cake and box in which to take your cake home
• Access to nozzles, piping bags, aprons and other professional equipment
• Your finished cake

Class takes place at 160 Chudleigh Road, Plumstead, Cape Town
